Service Activation:
Your package officially begins once payment is received in full. No planning, support, or bookings will be provided before payment.

Package Inclusions:
Each package covers the planning, logistics, and coordination services, as well as the 3 Signature Serpent Rouge Bacherolette experiences. The cost of all booked services, venues, meals, activities, rentals, beauty services, and transportation is not included in the package price and will be quoted and billed separately.

 

Itinerary Coordination (Fully Held Package Only):
Remote itinerary coordination is offered from 10 AM to 10 PM daily, up to 5 days. This includes remote support for schedule adjustments, logistics management, service coordination, and problem-solving during the trip. 

 

Communication Boundaries:
All communication will be held exclusively with one designated contact person throughout the planning process. During the trip, a WhatsApp group may be used for coordination. You may send messages at any time, but replies will only be made during your package’s specified digital support hours. Support hours vary per package.

 

Timeline & Planning Windows:
We recommend booking your bachelorette package at least 2–4 months in advance to ensure ideal accommodations and availability for your special celebrations, decorations. Bookings for external services (such as transportation, excursions, rentals, beauty services, etc.) begin no earlier than 4 weeks before arrival, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Booking Services:
Most services (such as transportation, excursions, rentals, beauty services, etc.) require full payment at the time of booking; some allow partial deposits. All services are paid directly to the providers unless otherwise specified (e.g., in-person deposits). Every service booked through us is subject to the individual vendor’s cancellation and refund policies, which will be shared clearly during the booking process.

 

Refunds & Cancellations:
All package fees are non-refundable. This applies even if the bachelorette is cancelled. If postponed, you may transfer your package to new dates within 3 months, subject to availability. A $100 rescheduling fee may apply. Rescheduling must be requested at least 30 days prior to the original date. Cancellations of individual services (e.g., transportation, excursions, venue, etc.) are handled in accordance with each provider’s policy. 

 

Experience Ethics:
All ceremonies and rituals are held in sacred space, guided with a trauma-informed, consent-based, and inclusive approach. Participation in Tantric experiences is always optional and offered with full respect for the comfort levels of the bride and the group.

By booking with us, you agree to:

 

• Provide timely responses and decisions. Delays may impact our ability to deliver within the agreed timeframe.

• Share accurate and updated bachelorette information with your group.

• Ensure that all payments for external services are made on time to secure bookings.

• Inform us of any changes to trip dates, group size, or logistical needs as soon as possible.

• Treat all collaborators, vendors, and local partners with respect and professional conduct.
